ALP lip seal

Fluororesin shaft seal that can be used without lubrication - "ALP Lip Seal"

The ALP lip seal is the "Almighty Seal" that can be used as an alternative to oil seals and mechanical seals. It is a high-performance seal with various features achieved through a uniquely blended filler material and design technology. <Features> ◆ Lubrication conditions... It can be used not only with oil and water but also under dry conditions. ◆ Low friction... It reduces seal resistance, contributing to energy savings in machinery. ◆ Low wear... By using materials suitable for the operating conditions, a long lifespan for the seal can be expected. ◆ Low aggressiveness... The seal shape is designed to minimize damage to the opposing shaft, reducing shaft wear. ◆ Pressure resistance... It can be used in applications with high pressure. ◆ Heat resistance... It can be used over a wide range from -50°C to 200°C. It is the optimal seal for areas where oil seals cannot be used and where mechanical seals provide excessive performance. The catalog explains the "ALP lip seal" using photos, illustrations, and tables. ↓↓↓ For more details, please download the catalog or contact us ↓↓↓

High-speed, low-pressure PTFE rotary lip seal Tarcon Barilipp PDR

New Type High-Speed Low-Pressure PTFE Rotary Lip Seal

Since it uses only a PTFE seal lip and a metal seal case without an elastomer gasket, the chemical resistance and operating temperature range have been significantly improved. The unique spiral groove of the seal lip creates an internal flow during the rotation of the shaft, enhancing sealing performance and ensuring excellent sealing even when stationary. Furthermore, this spiral groove increases the flexibility of the seal lip, allowing it to make surface contact rather than line contact with the shaft, achieving low pressing force, which reduces shaft wear and heat generation even at high rotational speeds. Temperature (°C): -60 to +200 Speed (m/s): up to 60 (special design required for speeds over 60 m/s) Pressure (MPa): up to 1 MPa * * Please consult us for details, as the maximum pressure varies depending on the seal shape.

An alternative to oil seals and mechanical seals! ALP lip seals.

A huge response as an alternative to oil seals! Fluororesin shaft seals that extend the lifespan of bearings.

The fluororesin shaft seal "ALP Lip Seal" is an "Almighty Seal" that can be used as an alternative to oil seals and mechanical seals. It is said that the lifespan of bearings can be reduced to 1/5 to 1/3 due to dust contamination and to 1/10 due to water contamination. The ALP® Lip Seal helps maximize the lifespan of bearings and contributes to reducing maintenance costs. It can also be used as a seal for high-pressure gases. 【Features】 ◆ Lubrication Conditions: Usable under both oil and water conditions, as well as in non-lubricated conditions. ◆ Low Friction: Reduces seal resistance, contributing to energy savings in machinery. ◆ Low Wear: By using materials suitable for the operating conditions, a long lifespan of the seal can be expected. ◆ Low Aggressiveness: The seal shape is designed to minimize damage to the opposing shaft, suppressing shaft wear. ◆ Pressure Resistance: Usable even in applications with high pressure. ◆ Heat Resistance: Usable over a wide range from -50°C to 200°C. This seal is suitable for areas where oil seals cannot be used and where mechanical seals provide excessive performance. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
